
The TMO works hard to provide you with the best possible service. However we acknowledge that sometimes we get things wrong. When we do, it is important that you tell us so that we avoid similar problems in the future. This will help us to provide you, along with all our residents, with the best service possible.
We recently reviewed our complaints procedure. The aim was to offer an improved, simplified and more effective service.
We also welcome general comments about our complaints procedure and your experience of using it. Your comments may help shape future TMO procedures.
