Board members are invited to have a drink at 6.00 p.m. to mark David Bird’s retirement and Dr Evan Arkas’s resignation as Chair of Lancaster West EMB,and to welcome Robert Bryans, the new EMB Chair, and George Pashley, Company Secretary
