Apply for estate parking

The TMO manages around 1,900 parking spaces and garages in the borough.

We prioritise applications from the groups below in the following order:

  • TMO disabled applicants - applicants with a registered disabled permit will not be charged for hard standing bays.
  • Council tenants and leaseholders - applicants will only be considered if they do not owe any debt to the TMO.
  • Private tenants and businesses - a higher rate will be charged.

There is a waiting list for available parking on TMO Kensington & Chelsea estates. If your application is successful you will receive a call to offer you a parking space. You will be required to sign a contract and pay 3 months in advance. All spaces are offered in date order of application.
