Nuisance and Harassment

All residents have the right to live in reasonable and quiet enjoyment of their properties. That means that you should not have to suffer anti-social behaviour, either from neighbours or other parties, other tenants, leaseholders or other organisations.

Your TMO/EMB Officer can arrange for investigation into any cases of anti-social behaviour and for mediation services to be provided.
