Invoices

The second S20 Notice will tell you what charges you should expect to pay, and when the relevant invoices will be sent to you.

For major works the charges will generally be spread over the period of a year, but starting at any one quarter date, whereas service charges are continuous but may change in value from financial year to financial year.

In most cases the quarter charges will commence to be invoiced for major works schemes will be the one nearest to the date the works actually start.

Any assistance that may be available to you in paying these charges will normally be notified to you within the S20 Notice, but please also see the Paying your Service Charges and Major Works Charges sections of the website. Also, contact your TMO/EMB Officer with any such enquiries.
