Contract Cleaning

The standard contract cleaning and window cleaning estimates are based on the services to be provided to each estate/block as specified in a long-term contract.

Bulk refuse costs are calculated on the basis of actual costs incurred in previous financial years.

Standard contract cleaning – Standard and regular contract cleaning to communal areas of the building and/or estate.

Bulk refuse disposal – Removal costs relating to refuse that is dumped in bulk at or around your block or estate that cannot be traced to any particular individuals.

Window cleaning – Window cleaning to your block.

Paladins – The repair and maintenance of the communal refuse paladins serving your property, calculated in accordance with the long-term cleaning contract and previous costs incurred.
