Estate Services

These are the various services provided to your property via your estate/block via the TMO Estate Services Section. They are generally based on budgets and overheads compared to the hours staff should be spending at each estate/block.

Caretakers – The provision of a caretaking service that monitors each block/estate and any works, services or repairs carried out there.

Supervision – The provision of the estate supervisors who manage the caretaking service.

Concierge – The provision of a concierge security system or CCTV.

Porters – The provision of a porter service where expected under the terms and conditions of the lease agreement, usually provided in place of caretakers.
