Treatment of staff

The TMO is committed to high standards of customer care, and we will do our best to deal with your enquiries as soon as possible.

Our employees are here to help you, and they should be polite and fair at all times. In return, they expect the same level of courtesy from you.

The TMO believes it is unacceptable for our employees to be subjected to verbal or physical assault whilst they are carrying out their duties. Therefore, it is TMO policy to take legal action against anyone behaving violently or using threatening behaviour towards TMO staff.
