
We will only select people if the vacancy is suitable for them. For example if you express an interest in a two-bedroom flat and you are assessed for a one bedroom flat we will not call you. Similarly, we will not select anyone who makes a bid for a lifted property and your medical assessment has recommended that you can only be considered for a ground floor property and unable to use a lift. If you are a management priority we will not shortlist your application if the area is not been agreed with your housing officer.
We will call successful applicants within 2 working days of the bidding period. The Home Connections website will also update you regarding your bid or the reasons why you have not been short listed. You should be able to check this information after from 6pm the Tuesday after the bidding has ended. It is important we hold your current contact details. Please ensure the allocations team have this information otherwise we may not be able to contact you.
