Could I get any money for exchanging to a smaller property?

Yes. If you exchange with an overcrowded Kensington and Chelsea council tenant. If the incoming tenant is underoccupying, we will give you money for the rooms they need. For example, if you give up a 3 bed and your exchange partner only requires a 2 bedroom, we will give you money for releasing a 2 bedrooms.
