Who can swap homes?

Mutual exchanges are open to all Council tenants.

If you are swapping with another Council tenant you must both have secure tenancies and you will both need permission from the TMO to go ahead. You can swap with other Kensington and Chelsea tenant and with most housing association tenants.

Please be aware that the Right to Buy applies to Council housing only (except sheltered housing).
