Company performance

The TMO is required to publish our performance data every quarter. This data is used to monitor how well we are performing and to set future targets. We monitor various aspects of the company including repair response times and rent arrears levels.

The report goes to the TMO’s Executive Committees and the TMO’s Audit and Performance Review Committee.
