
What is Anti-Social Behaviour? Broadly speaking, anti-social behaviour is anything that interferes with the peace, comfort and convenience of other people. Nuisance and threatening behaviour can be a distressing and damaging experience and we are determined to ensure that residents are given maximum support and perpetrators are dealt with effectively. There are a range of actions that we can take which could include the victim being transferred to another property and the perpetrator losing their home.
We have also produced a booklet entitled “You and Your Neighbours”. This gives basic information to residents on various types of anti-social behaviour and telephone numbers to contact advice agencies in the borough.
